SWAT Board Form Submission Schedule 2014 for 9th and 10th

Board of intermediate and Secondary Education , Saidu Sharif , Swat announced admission Form Submission Schedule 2014 for 9th and 10th class. SWAT board also announced the dates for submission of form with single,double and triple fee. SWAT board 9th and 10th class exam will start from 12th march 2014.Last date with single fees will be 31st December 2013. No admission form will be accepted after 3rd February 2014.
1. Examination Date: SWAT board 9th and 10th class annual exam will start from 12th march 2014
2.  Admission Fee: Admission fee may be deposited in the nearest branch of Allied Bank Limited situated in the jurisdiction of BISE, Swat or Money Order remitted in the name of the Secretary BISE Saidu Sharif Swat. Original Bank Receipt may be submitted along with admission form within prescribed dates.
3.  Examination Forms: Examination Admission Forms are available FREE OF COST from Store Section of BISE Saidu Sharif Swat.  Admission Forms completed in all respect may be submitted by hand within prescribed dates or should be sent through registered post at least three days before the last date fixed for.

•  Private Candidates who have never attended any School/Institution can also apply for the admission to class 9^th  Examination with the condition of submitting attested copy of CNIC or Birth Certificate dully signed by the Medical Superintendent within due date.
• Admission Forms of  candidates will be accepted with 2 copies  of passport size photographs duly attested by the Principal/Head Master of the School last attend only.  No other attestation will be accepted.
• A student (Private) who have passed class 9^th from other Board and seeking admission in the 10^th class must provide proper migration certificate from the other Boards along with the school leaving certificate and verified DMC.
•  Admission Form (Private Candidate Only) will not be accepted without affidavit.
• Note:- All Head of Institutions (Govt/ Private) are required to deposit Rs.2400/- (1200/-+ 1200/-  (9^th + 10^th )) as result Gazette fee in any branch of ABL within the jurisdiction  of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Saidu Sharif, Swat and submit original deposit receipt along with admission forms.
